Low season: From 16 May to 7 July 2008included, from 22 August to 2 October 2008 included
High season: From 13 May to 15 May 2008 included, from 8 July to 21 August 2008 included.

Guarantee Policy: A credit card is required to book online. Peak seasons may require your card is charged in advance. Reading the rate rules after selecting your rate will indicate if your card will be charged. This information will appear in your email confirmation

Reservation & Cancellation terms:

Reservation terms: A guarantee deposit of 50% is requested at the moment of reservation. Another guarantee deposit of 50% is requested 7 days before date of arrival.

Modification of reservation: In the case of a cancellation in the number of days of the holiday: if this partial cancellation is notified more than 6 days before arrival date: no fees, if this partial cancellation is notified 7 days or less before arrival date: all cancelled nights are 100% invoiced.

Cancellation terms: no refund of the 50% deposit, we can report it for an other stay, during this season 2008 (until October 1st 2008). After this date, the deposit, will be definitely lost. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the total length of the stay will be invoiced. No show: the total amount of the stay is invoiced.

Cancellation Policy: Subject to the discretion of the hotel, the credit card provided may be charged if the reservation is canceled after the cancellation deadline has passed or if the guest fails to arrive. The cancellation policy will appear after selecting rate rules.
