The Gazebo Bar is open from 11:00am to 12:00am daily. Noted
for good conversation and as a quiet place for reflection, you can
find a seat here or even take your cocktail on the lobby terrace.

The Ambrosia Restaurant is a more romantic open-air dining
experience where you can cross the street for a panoramic view of
the beautiful sunsets and ocean.
Mediterranean cuisine served from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, six nights
a week, in a sophisticated outdoor setting at the golf course Club
House. Reservations, however, are requested as is casual resort
wear but no jacket or tie are required to dine here.
Java's Blue Mountain Cafe serves delicious fare for breakfast,
lunch and dinner in a casual indoor setting. Dine indoors, from
a continental menu featuring fresh baked pastries, freshly ground
coffee, sandwiches and salads.
The
Cricket Club is a lively place offering a good game of darts
and many other sports pub games featuring Karaoke sing-a-long,
dart tournaments, international televised sporting events during
early evenings, then transforms into the liveliest nightspot
at the Resort, with either DJ-spun or live music from 7:00pm
to 1:00am nightly.
The Pool Grill serves light refreshments from 11:00am to
6:00pm daily. You can swim up to our pool bar for a delightful
drink. The Pool Grille features a wide variety of specialty
menu ideas along with sandwiches and burgers. Enjoy a cool refreshing
tropical beverage with lunch.
Mango’s Café offers beach-side dining and
traditional Caribbean specialty cuisine. Enjoy Mango’s
famous Jamaican jerk sandwiches served oceanside in our Sugar
Mill Falls waterpark. For those water lovers, Mangoes also features
a "swim-up" bar and food service. Open from 10:00am
to 6:00pm daily.
The Luna Di Mare serves delicious array of northern Italian
cuisine for fine European dining at it's best. Open from 6:00pm
to 10:00pm, six nights a week, the Lunda di Mare has a contemporary
menu and anti-pasto bar set in a subdued and elegant atmosphere.

The Wyndham Rose Hall also offers theme
nights and a managers’ cocktail party or you can just relax
in your room, where our responsive room service staff can bring
you a wide variety of delectable food and drink.
